Swedish...$50.00-1 hour - A soothing technique using long, flowing strokes to promote relaxation.

Deep Tissue..$55.00-1 hour- Uses deeper pressure which allows access to deeper muscles to help increase circulation, relieve pain and tension.

Reflexology...$40.00-45 minutes - A natural healing art based on the principle of reflexes
in the feet that correspond to different parts in the body. Focuses on the feet and lower leg.

Prenatal...$50.00-1 hour- Helps to relieve the pain and discomfort associated with pregnancy.
Special positioning & cushions are used for optimum comfort.

Sports...$50.00-1 hour-Pre-Event: A short (usually 15-20 minutes) massage meant to stimulate
muscles before a workout or sporting event. Post-Event: Given after a workout or sporting event to help normailze tissues.

Shiatsu...$50.00-1 hour - Uses finger pressure applied to specific areas on the body to correct
imbalances.

Accupressure...$50.oo-1 hour - Uses specifically applied pressure to key points called "meridians" to promote the body's self-curative abilities.

Arromatherapy...$50.00-1 hour - Choose from a variety of fragrances to help engage your senses to help calm or induce vitality.

Hot stone...$60.oo-1 hour - A therapeutic approach using stones specifically placed on body to induce relaxation, while also allowing the access of deeper muscle tissues to help relieve pain and tension.
 
Couples Massage...$80.00-1 hour -Allows you to be side by side in the same room sharing a relaxing experience.
